Meet Bogi Lateiner from 180º Automotive in Phoenix, AZ.  She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Oberlin College in just three years with a double major in Womens’ Studies and Pre-Law. Listen to her story on how she got where she is today. Her nine year old shop has an all-female tech team, working eight bays with five lifts. She has two service advisors and a unique new system to improve technician productivity through a smart new way she handles parts delivery.

As the pieces of her career came together, she began to see that her passion was not simply to fix cars, but to empower others to fix cars – women especially. Bogi is also a business coache, holds car-care classes for women, speaks on a wide range of subjects and is on the 4th season as one of 3-girl crew on the Velocity Channel show … All Girls Garage … set your DVR and enjoy.
