Two years ago the company implemented a policy that requires us to complete 2 hours of training per pay period. Failure to do so results in forfeiting the commission potion of our paycheck for that month. If you are on vacation or sick, you get two weeks to make up the missed training. At the beginning of every year we are required to sign a compensation agreement acknowledging we are in agreement with this policy. Failure to sign results in no more job. EVERYONE completes the required training every pay period.]]></description>
