In reply to Gary Olson. Hi Gary! As far as I am aware, Colorado is still on the list of states banning surcharges. I would recommend cash discounting if you really want to push your merchant fees to the customer.

In reply to Rocky Khamenian. Hi Rocky, you can certainly implement a cash discount program at your business. It's important that you utilize the proper language and signage when doing so. Cash discounting is allowed in all 50 states.
