Depending on the skill set and level of the advisor (brand new w/ no industry experience vs. polishing up and learninig new processes etc), I personally have done anything from one on one coaching to training with ATI and Elite. Depending what you want to spend there are trainings that have two or three day classes and six month follow up, or there is one day classes that are a “crash course” to get your feet wet. Do you have anything specific that you are looking to train? Any areas that the advisor needs to start in?

Yes it costs time. But it is an investment like any other training venue.

I haven’t done it yet, but I will be in the future. Teaching is by far the best way to learn something.

Yes. We do it all the time. On the job type of training provides an immediate return of the knowledge obtained. It teaches how relevant training is.
