Building upon all our work in the last eight years, we’ve never felt such a strong network for Advancing the Aftermarket. I’ve realized it is time to bring together the top-tier professionals in our industry.

We all know social media groups that are not necessarily vetted and can become overwhelming. Many open forums can get out of control, and you want and need better. I've always wanted to create a space for exchanging ideas, asking for input, developing friendships, and building a community that empowers others through sharing and caring. While online networking has become common, authentic networking with genuine rapport (professionalism) can be rare. 

Introducing the RR Community, a free private Community where automotive repair professionals can come together in a closed and focused forum. We will have a talent pool of respected industry peers willing to share their stories, wisdom, and ideas, not unlike the podcast but with greater access to each other. There is zero cost to be a member.

This differs from your own networking group in that the community will build with all facets of the industry and become a collective resource of on-demand ideas, documents, support, and energy.

As we slowly build this community, you can put your issues on the table and receive value from peers in a controlled group with significant resources. Advice given and taken professionally is the goal, and we are confident that professionalism will rule. Opinion or debate is great, but not an end to a friendship because there are no right or wrong answers and no echo chamber. Support and encouragement rule and no buying or selling of products or services.

All you ever had to do is Listen to Learn, but now we will use this community to bring greater two-way access.

We will become a resource to empower others. One thing I know is that there is so much differentiation in our industry. Regions, markets, cost of living, and more make doing business diverse with many solutions. That is why learning through a collaborative community is powerful.
