John Passante brings 35 years experience in human resources and organizational development experience to the podcast. He is the author of The Human Side: High-Touch Leadership in a High-Tech World, and a columnist dealing with the human side of the enterprise. John is also an adjunct professor at the University of the Aftermarket and a guest lecturer at various universities.
Career.
John is President and CEO of The Organizational Development Group where he prides himself in helping companies increase their effectiveness by better utilizing their human capital. His storied aftermarket career includes executive positions in human resources at Monroe/Tenneco, Delphi, Moog and Car Quest.

Recognition.
In 1995, Passante was inducted into the Automotive Aftermarket Hall of Fame and in August 1980, he received the University of Toledo Pacemaker Award, an award given annually to outstanding business alumni. In 1990, he received the Automotive Aftermarket Education Award from Northwood University.
Still Working.
Passante is a motivational speaker who conducts many seminars for major corporations throughout the U.S., Canada and internationally. He has published many articles on leadership, communications and motivation.
