Is There Still Time to Learn?

Lately, I’ve heard friends say they’re running out of time—to learn, to slow down, to truly listen.

It got me thinking: Is there still time to reflect, to grow, to set goals and actually pursue them? Is there space for self-development amid the chaos of running a business or serving in our communities?

Life feels like a whirlwind, with hurricane-force winds pulling us in every direction, far from where we thought we’d be. Family and work obligations stretch us thin. Add in sports, school, travel teams, scouts, volunteering, friends, chores, and it’s no wonder we struggle to carve out time for ourselves.

So, when do we listen to our coaches or accountability partners? When do we build the personal strength and financial foundation that shapes our future?

The truth is, we must choose to pause. Discipline isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters. That might mean stepping off the rollercoaster of endless obligations, letting go of the race to keep up with others, and tuning out the fear of missing out.

No one can dictate how you spend your time, but it’s easy to forget ourselves while juggling everything else. Taking time to reset, reflect, and prioritize personal growth isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. As we grow, everyone around us benefits as well.

So yes, there is still time to learn. What we’ve done for you is create Episodic Education in podcast form as we tell stories and interview teams to help share the wealth of wisdom for you. It’s been 10 years I know the knowledge is out there. You just have to decide if it’s worth it. 🎤
