Binge Worthy Listening Part 1
We may have some downtime on our hands as we deal with COVID-19
It is time to schedule training sessions in light of having extra time available. There are many things that can be done from equipment maintenance, painting, repairs, fix-up, clean up and training.
- Dig out the seminar books from the last year and have the technician who attended provide a small class to your team. When you teach you learn.
- Schedule on-line training
- Listen to podcasts. The Remarkable Results Radio brands have over 750 podcasts available on just about any subject you can imagine. Team listening is fun and you can have a discussion after.
- Every podcast has a ‘show page’ where the talking points are done and you can you this for a meeting agenda or as discussion points.
“Terry Wynter — I have always been a big fan of training, but being in SW Florida, it’s hard finding a break to get all the guys together, but with this coronavirus spreading fear, business slowed just a little, a perfect time to gather the troops & listen to a podcast, very informative & always to the point…thanks again, Terry Wynter”
