I can’t help but point out some inspiring and powerful episodes. Recently the episode titled: “Climbing Out of Despair” is one. My panel took an episode that could have been weighted with the burden of struggle, and they turned it into one of positivity.
They told their stories and shared their wisdom of climbing out and their determination to continue to learn from their mistakes and failures. In essence, just because they were a great technician did not mean that they would be a good business person. This episode is strong and worth the listen in its entirety. Please set some time aside and absorb the story and the laughs we had despite the stories of despair. This is just one of many to share within your network.
